What counts as Spend?

The total monthly spend of accounts you connect to Opteo. For example, If you connect two accounts, each spending $10,000 per month, your total Opteo spend per month would be counted as $20,000.

Does Opteo support MCCs?

Yes. You can connect any combination of MCCs and accounts to Opteo. You can choose which accounts or MCCs to connect to determine your total spend.

Is my data secure with Opteo?

Opteo implements several measures to keep your data secure. All data is encrypted using the latest technologies. Payments data is handled by Stripe. If you're worried about our team sharing information about your Google Ads portfolio, we'd be more than happy to sign an NDA.

Does Opteo support my language?

Most likely! Opteo is largely data-driven and language-independent. We don't support languages with double-width characters (like Japanese), or languages that read right-to-left (like Arabic).

Will clients know that I use Opteo?

No. Your clients will not be notified of your connection to Opteo. Changes made via Opteo will show up in their Google Ads change history as coming from the email address associated with your MCC.

Opteo isn't right for me. Can I have a refund?

We're confident in our product, but we understand that it may not be right for everyone. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, we're more than happy to refund your most recent invoice.
