Alerts via Slack

Why Slack is a better home for Opteo alerts, and how to connect your channels.

Email alerts are easy to miss β€” especially in a busy inbox. Routing Opteo alerts to Slack means they land somewhere your team is already watching, making it easier to catch issues quickly and loop in the right people when something needs attention.

You can send all alerts to a single shared channel (like #opteo-alerts), or route each account's alerts to its own dedicated channel β€” useful for agencies where different team members own different clients.
