You can send all alerts to a single shared channel (like #opteo-alerts), or route each account's alerts to its own dedicated channel — useful for agencies where different team members own different clients.

Connect a single Slack channel for all alerts
To send all Opteo alerts across all accounts to one channel:
Click your avatar at the bottom left of the screen
Go to Account Settings
Scroll to Connect Slack
Follow the steps to authorise Slack and select your preferred channel
Choose a specific Slack channel per account
To route each account's alerts to its own dedicated channel:
Open the ad account in Opteo
Click Settings (top right)
Scroll to Connect Slack Channel
Click Connect Slack Channel
Select your preferred Slack channel
