Team Prompts is a shared prompt library in AI Chat. Admins can build and curate a set of prompts that everyone on the team can access and use.
Useful for agencies and larger teams where prompt quality and consistency matter.
The Prompt Library
The Prompt Library has a Saved Prompts section at the top, with two tabs below it: Prompt Library and Team Prompts. Saved Prompts are private to you. The Prompt Library tab holds Opteo's own curated prompts. Team Prompts are shared across your Opteo account. Any team member can use them, but only admin users can create, edit or delete them.
Each prompt appears as a card showing its title and prompt text. Long titles are shortened with "...", and longer prompt text wraps inside the card. Open the menu on a team prompt card to save it to your Saved Prompts or copy its text. Admins can also edit or delete team prompts from the same menu.
Creating a team prompt
Only admin users can save prompts to the Team Prompts library.
Open AI Chat and click the Prompt Library icon.
Click Create Prompt.
Write your prompt title and body.
Under Save to, select Team Prompts.
Click Save.
Using team prompts
All team members can use prompts from the Team Prompts tab.
Open AI Chat and click the Prompt Library icon.
Click the Team Prompts tab.
Click any prompt to load it into the chat input.
Suggested prompts on the Chat start screen
When you start a new chat, Opteo shows up to three suggested prompts. Your saved prompts and team prompts come first, with the ones you use most at the front. If there are fewer than three, the gaps are filled with prompts from the Prompt Library.
Defaulting to Team Prompts
Admins can set the Prompt Library to open on the Team Prompts tab by default for everyone on the team.
Click your avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar and go to Team Management.
Under Chat Settings, enable Default to Team Prompts.
