Team Prompts

A shared prompt library for your team.

Team Prompts is a shared prompt library in AI Chat. Admins can build and curate a set of prompts that everyone on the team can access and use.

Useful for agencies and larger teams where prompt quality and consistency matter.

The Prompt Library

The Prompt Library has two tabs: Saved Prompts and Team Prompts. Saved Prompts are private to you. Team Prompts are shared across your Opteo account, any team member can use them, but only admin users can create or edit them.

Creating a team prompt

Only admin users can save prompts to the Team Prompts library.

  1. Open AI Chat and click the Prompt Library icon.

  2. Click Create prompt.

  3. Write your prompt title and body.

  4. Under Save to, select Team Prompts.

  5. Click Save.

Using team prompts

All team members can use prompts from the Team Prompts tab.

  1. Open AI Chat and click the Prompt Library icon.

  2. Click the Team Prompts tab.

  3. Click any prompt to load it into the chat input.

Defaulting to Team Prompts

Admins can set the Prompt Library to open on the Team Prompts tab by default for everyone on the team.

  1. Go to Settings → Team Management.

  2. Enable Default to Team Prompts.
