You can upload a profile photo to help teammates easily recognise who’s working in Opteo. Your profile picture appears across the app wherever your activity is visible.
Your profile picture also appears in white-labelled exports, including Scorecard audits, helping identify who generated or shared the report.
How to access your profile settings
Your profile picture is managed in your Account Settings:
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the app. This will display your profile picture, or a coloured circle if you haven’t uploaded one yet.
Select Account Settings.
Update your profile picture
To upload or change your profile picture:
Open Account Settings
Locate the Profile Picture section
Upload a new image from your device
Save your changes
