Setting up your Opteo account is straightforward. Follow these simple steps to set up your Opteo account and onboard your team:
Add a Profile Picture
Upload a profile picture in Account Settings to keep things organised. When you create white-labelled reports or Scorecard audits, your profile picture will be included, giving these documents a more professional look.

Inviting team members is free, with no limit on the number of seats, so feel free to bring your whole team onboard.
To add team members, click your avatar in the bottom left and go to Account Settings. There, you can invite your team to collaborate within Opteo.

If you or your team manage multiple Google Ads accounts, Opteo makes it simple to control access, organise linked accounts, and stay within your subscription limits.
Go to Linked Accounts by clicking your avatar in the bottom left, then:
Link or unlink Google Ads accounts: Unlink any accounts you no longer want to manage in Opteo to hide them. Vice versa, if an account is missing, find it in the Unlinked list and link it so you and your team can use it in Opteo.
Assign accounts to team members: Each team member can view only the accounts they manage, keeping their Account Centre's clutter-free.
Connect more Google Ads accounts: If you manage multiple MCCs or accounts under different email addresses, click 'Import Google Ads MCC' so you can link them all to Opteo.
Once you've completed these steps, your Opteo account will be ready to use.
