The Account Centre is your command centre in Opteo — a single place to view and manage every ad account you’ve connected across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn.

It’s the first page you’ll see when you log in, and it acts as your account directory — keeping your whole portfolio visible and under control. From here, you can organise, assign, and track all your ad account, in one consistent view.


Organise your accounts into groups

If you manage more than one ad account, groups help you keep everything organised. They let you bring related accounts together, under one folder, and compare performance side by side.

Groups are shared across your whole team, so everyone stays organised in the same way.


See which team member owns which account

Every ad account should have someone responsible for its performance.

The Team Members view shows who owns which accounts, making it easy to balance workloads, monitor results, and know who’s on point for each client or campaign.


Track account performance at a glance

The Account Centre gives you quick, meaningful context for every account. You’ll see goal progress, budget pacing, recent activity, and any active issues — all colour-coded and easy to scan.

It’s a simple way to spot which accounts are thriving, and which need attention.

Everyone works differently. Choose the metrics that matter most to you, pin key accounts or clients to the top, and filter by performance or activity.
