If you no longer need Opteo, you can cancel your subscription from the Billing Centre.
To cancel:
Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner of the app
Select Billing Centre
Scroll down on the Billing tab
Click Cancel Subscription
Only account admins can cancel subscriptions. If you don’t see this option, you may need to ask an admin on your team.
Cancelling a subscription always sets it to cancel at the end of the current billing period, or at the end of a free trial. You can check the cancellation date in your Billing Centre. You can still access your Opteo account until that date.
Using Opteo again later
Opteo doesn’t currently offer a pause feature, but if you need to take a break you can simply cancel your subscription and reactivate it later.
When you’re ready to start using Opteo again, just log back in and reactivate your subscription.
