How call extensions increase your conversions.
Call extensions allow users to click or tap to call your business directly from the search results page. They also increase your visual presence on the page and allow searchers a new means of connecting with your company.
How does this improvement work?
You'll see this improvement if we found a phone number on your website, but we couldn't find a call extension applied to your ads.
Call extensions aren't for everyone. Feel free to Dismiss this task if it isn't a valid conversion vehicle for you.
To Add Call Extensions, open the improvement task and click Enter Phone Number. We'll suggest a phone number associated with your business, or you're free to fill out a new number. We'll use this phone number for any search campaigns in the account currently missing a call extension.
