Opteo connects to Zapier, letting you build automated workflows between Opteo and the other tools in your stack, no code required. You can use Opteo as a trigger (to start a Zap when something changes in Opteo) and as an action (to make changes in Opteo as part of a larger workflow).
The Opteo Zapier integration is currently in beta. Find the Opteo app at zapier.com/apps/opteo/integrations.
You'll need an Opteo API key. The Zapier integration authenticates with the same API key as the Opteo API. Contact support to request access, then add the key in Zapier before setting up any Zaps. See the Opteo API article for more.

Triggers
Triggers are events in Opteo that can start a Zap.
Budget Updated - Fires when an ad account's monthly budget target is changed in Opteo. For example, log every budget change to a Google Sheet, or notify your team in Slack whenever a target is updated.
New Linked Account - Fires when a new ad account is connected to Opteo. Use it to kick off onboarding automatically, like adding a row to your budget sheet or alerting your team.
Actions
Actions let a Zap make changes in Opteo, or put Opteo's AI to work as part of a workflow.
Run Agent - Runs an Opteo AI agent for an ad account and returns its response. Choose the account, the team member to run as, a prompt, and the model. This brings the same AI that powers Opteo Chat into an automated workflow, for example a scheduled account check that posts its findings to Slack. An optional Visible in Opteo toggle controls whether the run also appears as a chat you can continue in Opteo. Because Run Agent waits for the agent to finish, it runs as part of a live Zap (the result won't appear in Zapier's test editor).
Update Budget - Sets the monthly budget target for an account in Opteo. Opteo uses this for Budget Pacing and budget alerts. It does not change any budgets in your ad account, only the target Opteo uses for tracking and pacing.
Update Performance Goals - Sets the performance targets for an account: target CPA or target ROAS, and the number of evaluation cycles Opteo uses when assessing results.
Update Performance Mode - Switches an account between CPA mode and ROAS mode, changing the metric Opteo optimises for when surfacing Improvements.
Example Zaps
Sync budgets from a Google Sheet - Trigger: Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets, then Action: Update Budget in Opteo. The most common use case, a single source of truth for budgets that flows into Opteo without manual entry.
Run a scheduled AI account check - Trigger: Schedule in Zapier, then Action: Run Agent in Opteo, then Action: Send Channel Message in Slack. Each morning, an Opteo agent reviews an account against a prompt you set, and posts its summary to your team channel.
Log new ad accounts - Trigger: New Linked Account in Opteo, then Action: Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets.
Alert your team on budget changes - Trigger: Budget Updated in Opteo, then Action: Send Channel Message in Slack.
Sync performance targets from a planning tool - Trigger: Updated Row in Google Sheets, then Action: Update Performance Goals in Opteo.
