The Account Manager table gives you a clear, complete view of every campaign in your ad account.
It’s built to make reviewing performance fast and consistent across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn Ads.
You can easily customise, sort, and filter the table to focus on what matters most — and take quick, informed action.
Viewing campaigns
The main table shows all active and paused campaigns. Each row includes key details such as campaign name, status, type, spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
Use the drop-down at the top of the page to switch between Campaign and Ad Group views:
Customising columns
Click the Columns button above the table to choose which data you want to see.
Add or remove metrics such as budget, CPA, ROAS, or conversion value.
Column choices are saved for your session.
Filtering and searching
Use the search bar above the table to find campaigns or ad groups by name or keyword.
The search is dynamic — it updates the table instantly as you type.
You can filter by text strings, such as “brand” or “retargeting,” to focus on campaign types.
Adjusting date range
Use the date picker in the top-right corner to change the reporting period.
Choose from presets such as Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or set a custom range.
All metrics in the table will update automatically to reflect your selected dates.
Exporting data as a .csv
You can download the Account Manager table by clicking the Export CSV button, at the top right.
Opteo will include only the campaigns currently displayed in your table. This makes it easy to share a focused dataset for reporting or analysis.
