How to exclude campaigns in Opteo

Learn how to exclude specific campaigns from Opteo Improvements

If you prefer not to receive Opteo improvements for specific campaigns within an account, you can exclude them.

This is particularly useful if certain campaigns are managed externally or if you’re testing a new strategy and want to avoid accidentally applying an optimisation to skew results.

Excluding a campaign prevents Opteo from generating improvement suggestions and removes the campaign's data from any reports you create.

To exclude campaigns from Opteo Improvements:

  1. Open your account and go to the Improvements page

  2. Click the Campaign Group button

  3. Find the campaigns you wish to exclude

  4. Select them and click Move To Campaign Group

  5. Select the Excluded Campaign group from the list and click Move
