Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as "Spend"? The total monthly spend of Adwords accounts connected to Opteo. For example, If you connect two clients, each spending $10,000 per month, your total Opteo "Spend" would equal $20,000.

Do you support Adwords MCCs? Yes. You can connect any combination of MCCs and single accounts to Opteo. You can then choose which accounts or MCCs to activate in order to determine your "spend" threshold.

Is my data secure? We take data security extremely seriously. Rest assured, your data is safe and secure. If you're worried about our team discovering your top secret AdWords strategy, we'd be happy to sign your NDA.

Do you support my language? Most likely! Opteo is largely data-driven and language-independent. We don't support languages with double-width characters (like Japanese), or languages that read right-to-left (like Arabic).

Will my clients know I'm using Opteo? No. Your clients will not be notified of your connection to Opteo. Changes made via Opteo will show up in their change history as coming from your MCC's email address.

Do you support Adwords Express? No. The "Express" version of AdWords does not support the API operations needed for Opteo to work properly — we can detect the improvements to be made, but not implement them.

What happens if I exceed my plan? Nothing bad. We’ll be in touch via email to make sure you’re on the right plan. We promise never to lock your account or block your access to Opteo. If you have any questions, contact us.

What's your refund policy? We're confident in our product, but we understand that it may not be right for everyone. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, we will always refund your last payment.

Do you offer annual billing? We offer a 30% discount on accounts billed yearly. If you're interested, or would like a specifically tailored plan to meet your needs, please speak to us at support@opteo.com.
