If you need to make any changes to your subscription— such as switching plans or moving from monthly to annual billing —you can do this in your Billing Centre.
To access your Billing Centre:
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the app
Select Billing Centre
Alternatively, you can go directly to: app.opteo.com/user/:user_id/billing/subscription
On the Subscription page, you can:
Check your subscription status (e.g. trialling or active)
View your next billing date
Review the cost and limits of your current plan
To make changes:
To switch to a different plan, click Change Plan and choose the plan you need
To switch to annual billing, select the Yearly tab
If you have a discount code, enter it in the Discount Code section and click Apply Discount Code
