How to manage and make changes to your Opteo subscription

If you need to make any changes to your subscription— such as switching plans or moving from monthly to annual billing —you can do this in your Billing Centre.

To access your Billing Centre:

  1. Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the app

  2. Select Billing Centre

  3. Alternatively, you can go directly to: app.opteo.com/user/:user_id/billing/subscription

On the Subscription page, you can:

  • Check your subscription status (e.g. trialling or active)

  • View your next billing date

  • Review the cost and limits of your current plan

To make changes:

  • To switch to a different plan, click Change Plan and choose the plan you need

    • To switch to annual billing, select the Yearly tab

  • If you have a discount code, enter it in the Discount Code section and click Apply Discount Code

Note: Only team admins can access the Billing Centre. If you're not an admin but need help with billing, please contact our Support Team by using the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen. We're here to help!
