Why is an Account Group appearing in my Account Centre?

Why Account Groups appear in your Account Centre, and how to remove or collapse ones you don't need.

Account Groups are shared across your whole team β€” anyone can create a group and add ad accounts to it. You'll see a group in your Account Centre if you're personally connected to at least one ad account inside it. If none of your connected ad accounts belong to a group, it won't appear for you at all.

Why you can see accounts you're not connected to

Within a group, you'll also see the other ad accounts that belong to it β€” even ones you're not personally connected to. These appear with a note indicating you're not connected, so you know a teammate added them to the group.

How to remove a group from your Account Centre

You have two options depending on whether you still need access to the account inside it.

Option 1: Disconnect from the account

If you don't need access to the account that's pulling in the group:

  1. Click the three-dot icon in the left sidebar to open Linked Accounts.

  2. Find the account and click Disconnect.

The group will disappear from your Account Centre. This only affects your view. The account and group stay unchanged for the rest of your team.

Option 2: Collapse the group

If you still need access to the account but want a tidier view, collapse the group instead. Click the – icon next to the group name to hide it. Click + to expand it again any time.
