The Issues page in Opteo shows a live list of anything that might be preventing your ads from running as expected.
Everyday, Opteo scans your connected ad accounts and lists both critical and routine problems, like broken links, disapproved ads, or empty campaigns.
Instead of searching through each ad platform for alerts, the Issues page brings everything into one organised list. It’s your always-on safety net, surfacing problems, helping you understand what went wrong, and guiding you toward a fix.
Where to find the Issues inbox
Open an ad account
Click Issues in the left hand menu
From here you can switch between three views:
Active — issues that still require attention
Resolved — issues that have been rechecked and confirmed as fixed
Ignored — issues that have been manually dismissed
You can also:
Sort issues by priority, issue type, or date raised
Open an issue to see more details
Assign responsibility of an issue to a team member
Types of Issues
Opteo will check for the following Issues in your accounts:
Ad disapprovals
Keyword disapprovals
Broken links
Empty campaigns
Empty Ad groups
Spelling mistakes
Checks completed
Opteo continuously scans your connected ad accounts for potential issues.
At the top of each Issue section, the Checks Completed panel shows how many checks Opteo has run and when your account was last scanned.
This gives you confidence that your account has been reviewed and that no problems have been missed. If no issues are found, the list will remain empty, indicating that all checks have passed — exactly what you want to see!
