Editing Campaigns using Account Manager

Learn how to edit campaign budgets, statuses, and bid strategies in bulk.

The Account Manager lets you make fast changes across one or more campaigns, without switching between ad platforms.

You can update budgets, statuses, and bid strategies directly from the table β€” individually or in bulk.


Selecting campaigns

  1. In the Account Manager table, check the box next to each campaign you want to edit.

  2. To quickly select multiple rows, select the first row, hold Shift, then select the last row to include everything in between.

  3. Once selected, an action bar will appear at the bottom of the screen:


Available actions

From the action bar, click Actions to choose what to update:

  • Budget

    • Adjust standard budgets directly in the input field.

    • Switch between standard and shared budgets as needed.

    • When using shared budgets, you can apply an existing shared budget or create a new one.

  • Status

    • Enable or pause multiple campaigns in one step.

    • Use this to quickly turn off paused test campaigns or reactivate seasonal ones.

  • Bid strategy

    • View the current bidding strategy for selected campaigns.

    • Switch between standard and portfolio strategies.

    • For portfolio strategies, select from existing strategies or create a new one, including target values and CPC limits.


Editing individual campaigns

  • You can also edit a single campaign by hovering over its row and clicking directly into editable fields.

  • Edits are saved automatically once confirmed.
