The Account Manager is where you can view and manage campaigns inside an ad account in Opteo.
It gives you a powerful table to review performance and make updates across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
It’s built to replace tab-hopping across platforms, with one clean, reliable view. The layout stays the same across platforms, so you can move quickly and compare performance without relearning new interfaces.
You'll find Account Manager inside an ad account, under the Toolkit tab, on the left:
What you can do in Account Manager
View every campaign in one table, with key metrics and settings visible at a glance
Filter and search to find specific campaigns or ad groups
Make quick edits or bulk updates, such as adjusting budgets or changing bid strategies
Export campaign data for reporting or analysis
Use AI to analyse selected campaigns and get plain-language insights about performance
Navigating the table
Switch between Campaign and Ad Group views using the drop-down at the top of the page.
Use the search bar to find campaigns or keywords instantly.
Customise which columns you see to focus on the metrics that matter most.
Use the date picker at the top of the page to adjust the time period for all metrics shown.
To quickly select multiple rows, select the first row, hold Shift, then select the last row to include everything in between.
Bulk editing tools
When you select one or more campaigns, a toolbar appears at the bottom of the page. From there, you can do bulk actions like:
Update budgets
Change statuses (enable or pause)
Adjust bid strategies
Apply shared or portfolio budgets to multiple campaigns
Analysing with AI
Use the Analyse with AI button to send the campaigns or ad groups you’re currently viewing to Chat.
If you’ve filtered the table, searched for something specific, or selected certain rows, only that data will be analysed — not the entire table.
Opteo will pass the selected data to Chat, where AI will generate a summary of performance, highlight patterns, and suggest areas to investigate further.
This makes it easy to quickly understand what’s happening in a specific set of campaigns without reviewing every row.
