Assigning account owners to ad accounts

Assigning ownership helps your team stay accountable for performance.

Each ad account in Opteo can have one owner โ€” the person primarily responsible for its results. Ownership makes it easy to see whoโ€™s managing what, track workloads, and organise reviews.


Assigning or re-assigning an account owner

  • Go to the Account Centre.

  • Find the account you want to update.

  • At the far right of the row, open the Team Member drop-down.

  • Select the person responsible for that account.

The change saves instantly and is visible to everyone on the team. Remember โ€” each account can only have one owner at a time.


Using the Team Members view

  1. At the top of the Account Centre, switch the view from Account Groups to Team Members.

  2. The list will reorganise by person, showing every account they own.

  3. Use this view to see how each portfolio is performing, compare workloads, or check in during performance reviews.


Pin yourself at the top

If you want to focus on your own accounts:

  1. Click Settings in the top-right corner

  2. Under Pinned Team Member, select your name

Your section will stay fixed at the top of the view.
