Your Account Centre can be adjusted to show the information that matters most to you. Customising your view helps you focus on key metrics and accounts easily.

Picking your Account Centre view

There are two ways to view your Account Centre:

  • The Account Groups view — accounts are sorted by the account group they belong to.

  • The Team Members viewaccounts are sorted by their assigned account owner.

Switch views anytime using the drop down at the top left of the dashboard. Your last selection is remembered for next time.

Choosing graph metrics

The Account Centre displays small performance graphs for each account, and you can customise which metrics appear in these graphs.

  1. In the Account Centre, open Settings in the top-right corner.

  2. Under Metrics, select up to two metrics to display for each account.

    1. Choose from Spend, Conversions, Conversion Value, Average CPA, or ROAS.

  3. Your selections apply only to the accounts in your view and won’t affect your team’s view.

Sorting your accounts

Sorting helps you quickly organise your account list to surface the accounts that need attention.

  • Use the Sort drop-down at the top of the page to order accounts by:

    • Account name – A–Z or Z–A

    • Spend – Useful for spotting big budgets or tracking spend trends

    • Conversions – See which accounts are delivering results

    • Budget status – Quickly find over- or under-spending accounts

    • Goal status – Identify accounts that are off-target

    • Last active – See which accounts haven’t been touched recently

  • Click any option twice to toggle between ascending and descending order.

  • Use the search bar to quickly find a specific account by name.

Pinning groups or team members

Pinning keeps important account groups or team members fixed at the top of your Account Centre.

  • In Settings, choose a pinned account group or team member to display at the top of your list.

  • Pinned items make it easy to keep your highest-priority accounts visible.

Hiding columns

If you don’t need to see certain columns — such as Account Group or Team Member — you can turn them off in Settings, to declutter your Account Centre.

This helps simplify the layout for users managing a single account or a small portfolio.

Adjusting the date range for the metric graphs

You can change the date range used for the performance graphs shown for each account. Use the date picker at the top right to view data for:

  • Last 30, 90, or 180 days

  • Month to date

  • Last year

This updates the KPI trends across all accounts in your view.

Collapsing and hiding accounts

Groups and team member folders can be collapsed to reduce visual clutter when viewing many accounts.

To declutter your view:

  • Click the – icon next to any group or team member name to collapse that folder of accounts.

  • Click the + icon to expand again.
