How to use AI to analyse your performance data in Opteo.

Analyse with AI brings Chat directly into Opteo’s tools — so you can get instant insights on the data you’re already looking at.

Instead of switching context, you can analyse performance, troubleshoot issues, and explore ideas right where you see the problem.

How Analyse with AI works

When you click Analyse with AI, Opteo sends the data you were just looking at directly into a Chat window. This launches a focused conversation about exactly what you selected.

You control what gets analysed

  • If you select nothing → Chat receives the whole table

  • If you select specific rows → Chat receives only those rows

This makes it easy to:

  • Investigate a handful of problematic keywords

  • Compare a subset of campaigns

  • Ask for causes behind a performance trend

  • Spot wasted spend in search terms

  • Get creative advice on ad copy issues

How data is sent to Chat

Analyse with AI uses the same structured-data system as Chat. Instead of guessing or scraping the screen, Opteo sends a clean, structured snippet of what you were viewing.

This keeps answers consistent and helps to avoid hallucination. What’s sent:

  • Only the visible columns in that table

  • Only the rows you selected

  • Only the date range currently applied (where relevant)

  • Any filters you’ve applied

Using Analyse with AI in each feature

Below are the behaviours you can expect depending on where you trigger Analyse with AI.

N-Gram Finder

Use Analyse with AI to:

  • Evaluate suggested negative keywords

  • Check wasted spend

  • Identify where certain Ngrams appear in your keywords

  • Trace problematic search behaviour back to specific ad groups or campaigns

  • Brainstorm alternatives before taking action

Account Manager

Analyse with AI can:

  • Summarise performance across your selected campaigns

  • Highlight spend efficiency problems

  • Surface changes worth investigating

  • Suggest corrective actions

  • Spot unusual shifts in CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.

This is ideal for quick client updates or fast onboarding for new accounts.

Trends

Each KPI has an Explain button. Clicking it gives you:

  • A summary of how that KPI is trending

  • Contributing factors

  • Relationships to other KPIs

  • A quick read you can share with clients or team members

If something dipped or spiked and you’re not sure why, this is the fastest starting point to diagnose it.

Segments

Analyse with AI helps you interpret segmented performance:

  • Devices

  • Locations

  • Audiences

  • Time-of-day

Issues

Issues often need human judgement before you fix them. Analyse with AI helps you:

  • Understand why something is an issue

  • Explore possible fixes

Improvements

At the bottom of every Improvement, there’s an Analyse with AI button. This opens a focused Chat view where you can explore the recommendation, ask follow-up questions, and sense-check the suggestion before applying or dismissing it.

Best practices with Chat

  • Select only the data you care about. This keeps the analysis focused and fast.

  • Be conversational. You can ask follow-up questions just like normal Chat.

  • Use it before applying changes. Great for double-checking, sparring ideas, or validating decisions.

  • Don’t overthink it. If an insight feels slightly off, just ask Chat to look again or compare another date range.
