Linked Accounts controls

Once you’ve connected your manager accounts, linked the ad accounts you want Opteo to analyse, and connected to the ones you manage, the Linked Accounts page becomes the place where you manage and monitor those connections.

From here, you can:

  • See which accounts are active in Opteo

  • Check which teammates are connected to each account

  • Monitor monthly spend and plan usage

  • Review the Changelog email used for automated changes

  • Connect, disconnect, link, or unlink accounts as needed

For each account, you’ll see the following columns in the Linked Accounts table:

Monthly spend

The account’s recent monthly spend, which is used to calculate your plan usage in Opteo.

To keep usage tracking consistent across all users, monthly spend in the Linked Accounts page is converted to USD. This ensures accounts using different currencies can be measured fairly against your plan limits.

This currency conversion only applies to areas in Opteo that relate to your plan limits (Linked Accounts and the Billing Centre).

Everywhere else in Opteo where performance metrics are shown, spend will appear in the ad account’s native currency.


Connection status

Whether you are personally connected to the account. If you are disconnected, the account will not appear in your Account Centre, though it may still be available to other teammates.


Changelog email

The email address used when Opteo makes changes to the account. This is the identity that will appear in the ad platform’s Change History.

This can also be adjusted in the ad account Settings in Opteo.


Team members

A list of teammates who are currently connected to the account, helping you see who is actively working on it.
