The Graphs tab is your go-to for understanding how performance evolves over time. It gives you quick access to the key metrics you care about most, pulled directly from Google Ads.
You can:
Choose from daily, weekly (default), or monthly views
Select any custom or preset date range (7, 30, or 90 days)
Hover over graph lines to see exact values for each day or week
Switch between a grid view (multiple graphs side-by-side) or a row view (larger, individual graphs)
Filter by campaign type (e.g. Search, PMax, Display)
Filter conversion metrics by conversion actions (e.g. only include primary conversions)
View advanced metrics like Quality Score component breakdown, which visualises how ad relevance, expected CTR, and landing page experience contribute to your quality score
Why this matters:
Graphs make it easy to understand performance at a glance — especially if you’re trying to explain results to a client or teammate. You can see how performance has changed over time, isolate drops or spikes, and compare different types of campaigns side by side.
How to use Graphs effectively
Start with your date range
Use the top-right date picker to select a date range. Choose from presets (last 7, 30, 90 days) or set a custom range.Pick your view
Toggle between daily, weekly (default), or monthly views. Each helps spot different types of trends:Daily: best for spotting short-term anomalies
Weekly: helps reveal medium-term shifts
Monthly: ideal for long-term trend analysis
Apply campaign filters
Use the left-hand sidebar to choose which campaign types to include. For example, untick Search and Display to view only Performance Max performance.Use conversion action filters
If your conversion graphs are busy or unclear, limit the data to just your primary conversion actions to clean up the visualisation.Switch layouts if needed
Grid view shows two graphs side-by-side. Row view shows one graph at a time with more detail.
Note: In the Weekly view, Opteo always shows complete weeks, even if your date range doesn’t perfectly align.
For example, if your selected date range starts on a Tuesday, the graph will also include data from the Monday before, to show the whole week.
FAQs
Q: Why don’t the graphs match my date range exactly?
A: : You’re probably seeing the default Weekly view, which shows full weeks — not just the exact dates you selected.
Q: Why does my conversion graph look cluttered?
A: Use the conversion action filter to focus only on your most important actions.
Q: Can I export the graphs?
A: Not yet, but you can take a screenshot and share it. We recommend clicking the diagonal arrows to expand the graph for a wider view — it makes the screenshot look better.
