Setting performance goals

Define measurable goals so you can track progress over time.

Primary goal

Pick whether you want to track:

  • Conversions (great for lead gen)

  • Conversion value (best for ecommerce or sales-driven campaigns)

Then set your desired outcome:

  • Choose a time cycle: daily, weekly, monthly, etc.

  • Enter the number or value you aim to hit each cycle


Secondary goal

Choose a secondary signal of progress, such as:

  • Increase CTR

  • Improve impression share

  • Improve average quality score

  • Reduce CPC

These won't affect improvements, but they help Opteo tell a clearer story of your performance over time, so we know things are moving in the right direction.
