Why does this matter?
Opteo pulls all your Google Ads conversion actions (primary + secondary), but not all of them matter equally to your business.
By selecting the actions that actually count:
You avoid inflated or misleading conversion totals
Opteo reports are cleaner and more focused
You reduce discrepancies between Opteo and your ad platform
Tip: Try to match what you’ve marked as "Included in conversions" in Google Ads for consistency.
How to configure them
If you didn't select the right conversions actions during account setup, don't worry. You can select it in your client settings:
Open the ad account in Opteo
Go to Settings (top right)
Scroll to the Conversion Actions section
Click the pencil icon
Review the list (you’ll see name, count, value, type)
Select the ones that reflect your business goals
Click Save
