Learn how to invite new teammates to join your Opteo account.

Invite teammates to your Opteo team

Opteo makes it easy to collaborate. You can add as many teammates as you like — there’s no user limit, and inviting someone is completely free.

To invite a teammate:

  1. Go to Account Settings

  2. Click the Team Members tab

  3. Hit the Add Team Member button

  4. Enter their name and email address

  5. Click Send Invite

Opteo will email them with a link to create their own login.


Who should you invite?

Anyone who helps manage your ad accounts — clients, colleagues, copywriters, account managers.


What happens after they join?

Once they sign up:

  • They’ll appear in your Team Members list

  • By default, they’ll join as a standard user (not an admin)

  • You can upgrade them to admin later if needed

Q: Is there a limit on team members?
A: No — Opteo supports unlimited users per team.

Q: What permissions do new users get by default?
A: They start as standard users and can be upgraded to admin later.

Q: Can I re-send an invite?
A: No — if they have not created their Opteo account yet, you can simply remove them as a user and follow the steps to invite them again.
