Fixing missing or irrelevant accounts in your Account Centre

How to fix issues when you can’t see a specific account in Opteo — or when you're seeing accounts you don’t want.

Why is my account missing from my Account Centre?

There are a few common reasons you might not see an account you expect:

  • The account is unlinked

  • You’re not connected to it yet


How to find and add a missing account

  1. Go to the Linked Accounts page

  2. Use the platform toggle (top right) to select the correct platform (Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn)

  3. Click the Unlinked tab

  4. Use the search bar to search for the account you're missing

  5. Click Link — this will move it to the Linked tab

  6. Make sure you are Connected to it

If the account doesn’t appear at all, try re-importing it via the Import MCC button using the email that manages that account.


How to remove accounts you don’t need

If you’re seeing accounts in your Account Centre that don’t belong to you:

  1. Go to the Linked tab

  2. Click Disconnect next to any account you no longer want to see

This removes it from your personal dashboard — it doesn’t affect your teammates.

Q: I just connected a Google login, why aren’t the accounts showing?
A: You may need to click the Unlinked tab to activate them — accounts don’t auto-link when imported.

Q: I disconnected an account, can I get it back?
A: Yes — just go to the Unlinked tab and click Link again.
