What is the Billing Centre?
The Billing Centre is where you manage everything related to your Opteo subscription: your current plan, payment method, invoices, and billing details.
Only account admins can access it. To find it, click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner of the app and select Billing Centre.
What plans does Opteo offer?
Opteo plans are priced in USD and are based on:
The number of Google Ads accounts you manage
The total monthly ad spend across those accounts
When determining your monthly ad spend, we automatically convert your Google Ads spend to USD, even if your accounts are in GBP, EUR, or another currency. This keeps plan limits consistent across all users.

How to change or cancel your plan
To change your plan:
Go to the Billing tab
Click Change Plan
Select a new monthly or yearly option
👉 Yearly plans include a discount — roughly the equivalent of 2 months free.
To cancel your subscription:
Scroll down on the Billing tab and click Cancel Subscription
How to update your payment details
You can update your card at any time from the Billing tab:
Click Update Payment Method
Enter your new card details
You can also apply discount codes here.
Where to find and edit your invoices
In the Invoices tab, you can:
Download past invoices
Click Invoice Settings to update:
Invoice recipient email
VAT number (for EU/UK users)
Billing address
Changes will apply to future invoices.
What happens if you exceed your plan limits?
If you go over your plan's account or spend limits, we’ll notify you in-app. You’ll see a prompt offering two options:
Unlink some Google Ads accounts to reduce usage
Upgrade to the next plan for more room to scale
FAQs
Q: My Google Ads accounts use GBP/EUR. Does that affect my plan?
A: Not at all. We convert your ad spend to USD for plan limits only — it won’t affect performance or features.
Q: Can I access Reports on the Basic Plan?
A: Reports are not included in the Basic Plan by default, but they’re available as an add-on. Contact support to activate.
Q: Do yearly plans include discounts?
A: Yes — switching to yearly saves you the cost of about two months compared to monthly billing.
