How to get around your Opteo account

Navigating Opteo is easy, with everything you need accessible from the left sidebar:

Here’s a quick guide to help you find your way around:

Account Centre:

Your main dashboard, called the Account Centre, is where you’ll land when you log in. Click the Opteo logo at the top left at any time to return here.

AI-Chat:

Opteo’s AI Chat lets you ask questions about a Google Ads account and get instant answers based on the account’s data in Opteo. It’s useful for understanding performance, interpreting improvements, and getting recommended next steps.

Dark-mode:

Choose between dark or light mode by clicking the moon icon.

Linked Accounts:

Link or unlink ad accounts, and manage team member access by clicking the three dots at the bottom.

Alerts:

Located at the bottom of the left sidebar, your avatar (either your profile picture, or a colourful circle if you haven’t uploaded one) is your hub for managing things like passwords, billing, and profile settings.


Account Settings, Impact Statistics, Billing Centre:

Located at the bottom of the left sidebar, your avatar (either your profile picture, or a colourful circle if not uploaded) is your hub for managing account details like passwords, billing, and profile settings.

From here, you can access:

  • Account Settings – Manage passwords, team members, and alert preferences.

  • Impact Statistics – View your Opteo usage and the impact we’ve had.

  • Billing Centre (Admin Only) – Manage your subscription, billing information, and download invoices.

Clicking your avatar icon, you’ll also find links at the bottom to resources like:
