If you'd like to stop receiving alerts for a particular client, navigate to that client in Opteo. 

Click the client Settings button in the top right corner. Under Alert Settings, you can choose to mute email alerts or Slack alerts for this client. 

Please note, muting the client's Slack alerts will affect all team members. 

Muting emails will simply stop them coming to you, and other team members will be unaffected.
